Port Adelaide captain Travis Boak has re-signed with the club for a further year, tying him to the club until the end of the 2019 season.
Boak has signed a one year contract extension with the club, meaning that he will more than likely finish his career at the Power.
The spirited captain had another successful 2015 campaign, despite the team not making the finals. He finished fourth in the best and fairest last week, which was won by fellow midfielder Robbie Gray.
"Ever since I made the decision to stay at Port Adelaide a few years ago, I thought I'd be a one club player and this is a great vote of confidence in me from the club," Boak told portadelaidefc.com.au.
"While we didn't have the year we wanted, you can tell how hungry the boys out on the track to have a good 2016.
"I love this club and can't wait to get out there in the New Year, and play the footy all of us know we can play."
